Q: Congratulations on the win, Andrew! What does this award mean to you and your team?
Andrew:
Thank you, it really means a lot. Being recognized by the community we serve is the most meaningful kind of award. It tells us that our efforts are being felt where they matter most: in the homes, businesses, and lives of our customers. This isn’t something a marketing team can earn, this comes from consistency, care, and trust. That’s all on our team, and I couldn’t be prouder of them.
Q: This is your third year in a row winning this award. What’s the secret to staying at the top?
Andrew:
No shortcuts, no ego, just doing things the right way. We never want to be the biggest; we want to be the best. That means showing up prepared, staying on top of training, holding high standards, and treating every customer interaction as an opportunity to serve, not sell. We also hire people who care, and that makes all the difference. This award really belongs to them.
Q: profishant is unique in that it offers both Pest Control and Food Safety Consulting under one roof. How do customers respond to that model?
Andrew:
At first, some people don’t quite see how the two fit together, but once they work with us, it clicks. Especially in food production and commercial environments, pest control is part of food safety. Having both services integrated means we can approach every account with a full-picture mindset. Our commercial clients love that they don’t have to juggle multiple vendors. And for homeowners, they benefit from the same high standards we bring to food-grade facilities.
Q: What do you think has been profishant’s biggest strength over the past year?
Andrew:
Adaptability. Whether it’s navigating staffing changes, evolving regulations, or unique customer challenges, our team always steps up. We doubled down on training this year, refined our customer service standards, and expanded our follow-up systems. It’s been a year of fine-tuning, and I think this award shows we’re heading in the right direction.
Q: What would you like to say to the customers who voted for profishant?
Andrew:
Just thank you, truly. Thank you for trusting us, for opening your doors to us, and for voting. Your support fuels everything we do. We know you have other options, and the fact that you continue to choose profishant is something we will never take for granted.
Q: What’s next for profishant?
Andrew:
We’re continuing to grow the right way, adding great people to our team, investing in their development, and expanding our educational services like HACCP, OSHA, and ServSafe training. We also plan to keep pushing the standard higher for residential and commercial services alike. There’s no finish line, we’re always building.
