Serving Up Food Safety
CLASS Description:
ServSafe classes are designed to provide comprehensive training on food safety principles and practices, preparing individuals for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification exam. The courses cover topics like personal hygiene, time and temperature control, preventing cross-contamination, and safe food handling. They also delve into HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and foodborne illness prevention.
CLASS Information:
- Date/Time: August 4, 2025, 8AM-5PM
- Duration: 1 days (6 hours + 2 hours for the test) in person
- Cost: $175 per attendee (discounted if you are a current profishant customer)

CLASS Includes:
