Are your pest control methods safe for my family and pets?
If any pest control company says “Yes” to this question, I would not work with them. I will refer you to the National Pesticide Information Center "safe" is a bad word in our industry. Is glass cleaner safe? To drink, no. To clean the windows per label, maybe. The truth is that with education and communication, we can provide a service for your home or business in the most responsible manner possible. But by denying that there could be risks, without care and education, we would be doing you a huge disservice. Even with our mosquito services, which are 100% all-natural, I would not use the word “safe”.

Do you offer one-time pest control services, or do I need a contract?
We provide both one-time services and customizable service plans to meet your specific needs. No long-term agreements are required. Notice that we use the word agreement. We do not have contracts we lock folks in. If you are not happy with our services, you may cancel the agreement at any time. The only exception is if you the customer have agreed to amortize the cost of start up across a period. Please keep in mind that a one-time service could mean one time or, it could mean a few months of services to rid a population from your home. But we do not require a long-term agreement for that.
How quickly can you respond to a pest issue at my property?
Our policy is to respond to emergency calls within 48 business hours however, we typically respond within a few hours. Emergency services are available for urgent situations.
What precautions should I take before and after pest control treatment?
Our technicians will provide specific instructions if and when that is applicable.
How do I know if I have a pest infestation?
Signs of pest infestation include droppings, unusual noises, damaged property, and sightings of pests. Our team can conduct inspections to confirm and address the issue.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All our technicians are licensed, certified, and fully insured to ensure the highest quality of service. They are also encouraged to have the highest license they can get. Most companies require technicians to only carry an apprentice license in fear they will have to pay them more or that they will leave. At profishant, we actively mentor our technicians to get the highest education and licenses available. An educated staff is the real key to a “safe” service.
